We kindly ask that your home is prepared before our arrival so we can focus entirely on delivering the best results. A tidy space — with personal items, toys, and dishes put away — allows our team to maximize cleaning time and quality.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. To avoid a $45 late cancellation fee, please notify us at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. Rescheduling requests may move your service to the next available opening.

Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. You have a 24-hour verification period after each cleaning. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, send us a detailed report with photos and we'll schedule a touch-up for the unsatisfactory area at no additional cost.
